How to make tea in an iron kettle? What kind of tea is suitable for making tea?

What is brewing tea? It is rare in the southern regions, but mostly in the northwest and ethnic minorities. Boil the tea in a pot with water until the tea is dark brown, and the mouth is not astringent or bitter. In our daily life, drinking tea is mainly based on tea. This method not only preserves the fragrance of tea, but also facilitates viewing. What is the difference between making tea and making tea? How to make tea? What about the brewed tea?

Before making tea, talk about two issues about making tea:

1. Warm water vs cold water

Old tea that has been brewed is suitable for brewing tea with warm water. Cold water makes tea slower and the tea soup feels a bit old.

For tea that has not been brewed, add cold water to boil after washing the tea. It is more conducive to boiling the tea.

2. What kind of tea is suitable for brewing?

1. Heavy fermented tea leaves, such as ripe Er, old tea heads, rhubarb slices, black tea, etc.

2. Aged old tea, such as old Pu'er, old Tieguanyin, old rock tea.

3. Lightly fermented tea such as Tieguanyin and green tea should be brewed in boiling water and not suitable for cooking. This kind of tea leaves become black after being boiled, and the tea soup becomes purple with peculiar smell, making it difficult to eat.

I often make old tea, and I usually throw it away after making it. It feels a pity. How to really "squeeze dry" old tea? That's better for cooking! Take the old Tieguanyin in the 1990s as an example:
